The Washington High School Counseling Office assists students in grades 9-12 with a variety of services, including the development of a four-year plan, career selection, registration and testing. Students and parents are welcome to contact the Counseling Office staff at any time.

Transcript Request Instructions

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, please make sure that you not only request a transcript through Naviance but also directly email your counselor.

For Current Students: Transcripts may requested by logging into Naviance. You must follow the instructions in the Naviance section of our website in order to request transcripts. The Naviance section can be found here.

For Former Students: Transcripts may be requested from the Counseling Office by telephone, e-mail, or by stopping into the office and filling out a "Transcript Request Form." Please allow three to five business days for preparations and mailing. Please plan accordingly.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your name at graduation
  • Your year of graduation
  • The purpose of the transcript (college application, job application, scholarship)
  • Contact telephone number or e-mail address
  • Where you would like the transcript sent

Email requests should be sent to Amy Dresser at [email protected].

NOTICE: Please allow 48 hours for all transcripts to be processed. Remember, the earlier the better!
